Technical Implementation: The Genetic Algorithm from Scratch
When writing a Genetic Algorithm for the Capacitated Vehicle Routing Problem, representational design is key. A simple integer permutation cannot easily map to multi-vehicle splits. Comparing Against the Gold Standard: Google OR-Tools
